Recently recieved a new PC at work, now I cant log into Power BI desktop. I can still log into the website with no problem, I can still log in on other PCs, and I have no issues with any other software either. The PC itself doesnt have a firewall running, have turned off antivirus software, and the network firewall hasnt changed. IT hasnt been able to find the problem, and microsofts supports only solution was to repeat over and over to ensure I was running the latest version, which I already was. IT uninstalled and reinstalled half a dozen times with no change. Here is the error I am receiving.
@JimHarris1977 have you looked in your event log? your windows log?

I can’t access it myself, but I can get our IT guys to check it out. Is there anything specific I should have them look for? By the way thank you for your quick reply.
Hi @JimHarris1977,
1. Please try to launch the Desktop as Administrator.
2. Please enable the trace in Desktop and log in again. If you can share the log with me, please send me a Message.
Best Regards,
Dale
