So I am trying to change this option in file settings
I change it and click OK, the button goes grey and dialog box remains. If I close the change doesnt take affect.
Surely this is a bug!

Just checking, have you had a chance to open a support ticket, as suggested. If so, we'd love to hear the current status or any updates from that.
If the issue was resolved through the support ticket, it would be great if you could share the solution here as well. It could really help other community members find answers more quickly.

Thanks all, I have been able to change in the service but still doesnt work in desktop app even though reinstalled. Not great and frustrating.
Seems like a bug. Works fine on my end though. You should still be able to change that Report setting in the service
@Si_7777 Seems like a bug. I also don't expereince this issue. You could try below workarounds:
1. Uninstall it and then reinstall it again
2. Or Use the version older than Sep 2025.
Going to older version is a no go all my reports are with this version. Different versions have already caused no end of problems. Seems ridicoulus bug this is Microsoft not a backstreet dev shop
