Cannot use Parameter in table Matrix

I have created a table with the values, however i am not sure how to create the Measure. 

 

table is of the following format:

 

Table = {

("Value1",1),

("Value2",2),

("Value3",3)

.....

}

 

}

Well, now that you have a Table created you can directly use it in the matrix!
