Cannot update Salesforce Credentials in Power BI Desktop

Greetings, need help!

My company just updated the company domain due to company name change. This triggered us to change our Salesforce username and emails with the new domain. I have a Power BI Desktop file that I pull data from Salesforce. I am having the issue now that when I try to update the credential it is not allowing me. I have tried clearing the permissions, but when I try to connect the prompt quickly dissapears and just shows the message below. I have tried clearing the cache and still the same issue. I tried creating a copy of the file, deleting all query tables and tried to create the login again, but still same issue.

Any ideas? As of right now, I cannot even recreate the file.

If the Sign In button doesn't display anything. Do the following:

File > Options and settings > Options >Security > Scroll down to "Authenication Browser" and check the "Use My default web browser" It's a bug. Apparently resolved in the current release of Power BI (June 2022) but haven't used that version personally.
