Can you sketch how this chart should look like based on your sample data?
Usually you use a Ribbon chart to sort by column values.

Hello, Thanks for your response. However, i would want the products with the most employees to sort descending from most to least as you go from bottom to top of each column. In the 2nd column it looks like orange is smaller than blue and should be on top of the column. I've attached an example of what i am trying to achieve. i think the answer may be through the use of Summary tables, calculated columns, and count or rank, but i haven't been able to make anything work. Thanks!
