Cannot sign into Power BI Desktop Properly
Upon clicking "Sign in" and entering my sign in credentials, my name appears in the top-right corner as expected, but in less than one second it is again replaced by "Sign in".
Does anyone know what the issue is here? Your help is greatly appreciated. :-)
Can you connect Power BI service via browser? It looks like the credential is expired. Please go to "File->Sign In" to see if you can enter the credential again.

We have tried this solution but the same thing is still happening.
