I am already logon as a "Pro" licence type. I was trying to set the refresh interval, but system shows that "Failed to test the connection to your data source." I opened up the "Refresh" setting function, they are disabled. Anyone knows what is going wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Hey @adriankohws ,
you have to edit both credentials, it's under the first yellow box in your screenshot.
When you pbulish a Power BI report, the credentials (user and password) are not published, this is to avoid "man in the middle" attacks. Then in the service you have to authenticate for the data sources that are used to form the semantic model. If these data sources are cloud-based an on-prmises data gateway is not necessary.
What your screenshot also shows is that you are "authenticated" with the Power BI Service, but this authentication is not/can not be re-used for the data sources.
Hopefully, this helps to tackle your challenge.
Regards,
Tom
