Cannot save file because Access is Denied

Hello, 

I have been trying to save a file but I wasn't able and recieved an error message that says "Access Denied"?

Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Save your file after transforming the data. DO NOT start manipulating the data. Use the file path to the folder you want to save add ( \ ) followed by the name of your project. For example, C:\Document\Power BI\Project-1.

I can 'save as' but cant 'save' afterwards.

Is this the file created by you or somebody else? if somebody else then you will not be able to!
