Cannot retype proper credentials to access SQL Server

Go to File-> Options and Settings -> Data Source Settings , choose the data source -> Edit Permissions and edit your credentials

In the same page ( suggested above) , you can select the connection and slect "clear permissions" will clear the history and it will prompt you the login detals net time you login.
