We have a Power BI report that's been receiving data updates via a personal gateway connecting via ODBC to a Filemaker Server.
We installed an on-prem data gateway on the Filemaker Server host, then configured the gateway's data source to connect to the same Filemaker Server locally via ODBC using a system DSN on the server. Connection successful!
The problem arises when trying to use that data gateway and data connection to refresh the dataset for the report. The error reported is:
Not configured correctly. Data sources included in this dataset: ODBC{"connectionstring":"dsn=aerorock_fm"} Add to gateway.
The ODBC settings have already been configured in the gateway's data source settings, but the error occurs in the dataset.
Why are we getting this error, and what do we do to fix it?

Hi @mdanner
1. Please kindly make sure you're using the latest gateway version and log in by your owner account.
2. please check on your gateway settings to confirm you have enabled 'Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster' option, it should be enabled if you are work with mixed on-premise and online data source reports
