Cannot pull a column into value pane of Matrix

We are using the Analysis service data as a datasource, 

Recently I run into a problem which I cannot put a table column into the values pane, only the measures can be put into values pane, but before May, We can put the column into either rows or columns or values of the matrix.

Could you please help to figure out how to put a column into the Values pane of matrix? Thanks in advance.

I don't get any error,  the result is pulling action cannot success.

@Anonymous  Try to use different visual (Example table/bar) and then switch that visual into the matrix.

@nandukrishnavs I just Test to using a table first and then swith to Matrix, But the column still can not be moved to Values pane,
