Based on result, I think the issue may related to your account.
Please contact to your tenant admins to check your account license or submit a support ticket to power bi team for further support.

Helper IIII already contacted my admin and they have submitted a ticket to Microsoft. Still no solution.
It's just strange that I have to deal with this kind of stuff. I was expecting so much more...
