Cannot load model

Hi casto_jm ,
We couldn't connect to your DirectQuery data source or internal model. Double-check that your server and database names are correct, and that you have permission to access them.According to your statement, I think there should be something wrong with your credential.
1. Please check whether all data models are imported to Power BI. If there is Direct Query data model in your report, your local machine should have access to your data source.
2. Try to open a new powerbi desktop, and clear the datasource permission.
And then please reopen and reconfigure your pbix file. Make sure your loacl machine has access to your data source.
