Hi All,
I want to upload data(csv file) in the power desktop application but getting the below error.
Error Message:
We couldn't connect to your DirectQuery data source or internal model. Double-check that your server and database names are correct, and that you have permission to access them.
Error Message Detail:
No OLE DB Error Information found."
Please suggest a solution to this issue.
Regards,
Amol
Hi @MAmol,
1. Try to connect the csv file with another version, for example, if you are using the 64-bit version, try to install and use the 32-bit version.
Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
2. Command Prompt -> Run as administrator -> sfc /scannow -> Enter and wait for completion
Best Regards,
Gao
