I'ved tried these but still no differences:
- Log out and log in my user then refresh again
- Edit/clear permission in Data Source Settings, even using another accounts that have permission to access the shared folder
- Create new query, but still same output (max 02/05/2024)

My attempts to connect have failed to reproduce your problem. But as you can see from the image there is a record of changes made on June 5, can you make sure there is a record of creation on May 2? Or is there a date restriction in your query.

There is no date restriction in my query, as in my screenshot, it's in 2nd step of my query, to sort the date creation to newest-oldest. Here I attach 1 sample file that created 6 days ago, and screenshot after I refresh my query to get the newest data.
Here's the sample file inside my shared Sharepoint folder
And here's the refreshed query's result. Still same
