Advocate IICannot get embed code - contact your Administrator - but I am the global administrator.

Step-1:
- Sign in Power BI with your Admin account.
- Go to the Settings option from the top of the page.
- Click on the Admin portal.
Step-2:
- Click on Tenant settings from the left navigation.
- Expand Publish to web option from the right downside of the page.
- Enable this Publish to Web option if it was not enabled.
- As per your requirement, choose how embed codes work either with only allow existing codes or Allow existing and new codes.
- As per your requirement, Apply the Publish to web option either to The entire organization or to any specific security groups.
- Once it is done, Click on Apply button as shown below.
