What was wrong with edit queries - that's how you transform data isn't it? I better someone better paid than me decided that was a good idea.
I agree, however, those better paid individuals should probably finish the job by updating the documentation that specifies the use of the "Edit Queries" button - that has been replaced. It's so fun to review knowledge articles that lead you down a rabbit hole.

Hi, it has been moved to "Transform Data" in the new ribbon. You can also find it by right-clicking a table in the fields panel.
