Cannot find Bind to Parameter Option
Checked all the conditions type of parameter and the data is same
and the table is a direct query and couldnt the Mquery check and as perresearch that was made defaualt in the new versions so couldnt find it and for the data source i am using odbc connector

As suggested by lbendlin, you need to reconnect to the data source and change the connection to Direct Query mode.You can see that this option is not available in import connection mode, whereas it is available in Direct query connection mode.

Make sure the connection mode is Direct Query
and the parameters are set correctly.

Do these work with stored procedures or only with tables and views in direct query mode?
That depends on your masquerading skills. Power Query doesn't know the difference between a table, a view , or anything else that returns a usable value (doesn't even have to be tabular until the very end)
