Cannot download new visual

Hi,

 

I cannot download new visual, When i select one, I have a blank page and nothing happens. Any idea on how I can solve this.

    I am precisely with the same problem, and I have a "partial" solution since with a fairly old version of Desktop if it has worked perfectly for me and I have been able to anchor the new visualization.

    The version that does not work for me is the one from April 2022. I've tried disabling some preliminary feature but I still can't figure out what it is.

      Additionally indicate that I have tried to add visual objects to the organization (I am an administrator) through PowerBI Service and the problem is exactly the same: the list of visualizations appears, I select one and a completely blank window opens that remains indefinitely (in this case the blue dots that go around in the form of a circle appear continuously as when Windows is started in the middle of the white screen).

    I did not change any settings but it´s now working..
