Cannot disable new filter experience

Firstly I do not want users to have the ability to hover over a visual and the applied filters to pop up because it will only confuse them, and is not necessary for the visuals I am displaying   Is...

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    1. In Power BI Desktop in an existing report, select File > Options and Settings > Options
    2. Under Report settings, uncheck "Enable the updated filter pane, and show filters in the visual header for this report" option.

Hello. Does anyone know why I would not have the option to disable Filter Experience? Thank you for any thoughts!
