There have been other posts on the topic, but they have either been marked as solved (but aren't) or unsolved. They suggest toggling the values on secodary Y on and off.
If the values are very disparate then the chart is unreadable, though the axis is gone. This is most a bug, but would love to hear from anyone thinking otherwise. Examples below

Actually this is not really working in all instances. Hopefully the UI is fixed in the next release so that the Secondary Y can simply be shown or hidden. It's a bug
