Cannot create / edit Perpectives using Tabular Editor v2.22.1

I am no longer able to create a new Perspective (grayed out) or edit / delete existing Perspectives.  This issue must have started within the last few days as a week ago I was able to create new Pers...

Jai-Rathinavel Thank you for your response. I found a post on Tabular Editor's site with this workaround 

I am not familiar with BIM files but I will investigate that too.
