Cannot create / edit Perpectives using Tabular Editor v2.22.1

I am no longer able to create a new Perspective (grayed out) or edit / delete existing Perspectives.  This issue must have started within the last few days as a week ago I was able to create new Pers...

mlucking  Can you try saving the BIM file of the model and then open it using Tabular Editor to check ?
