Hello,
I'm writing because I hope that someone has encountered a similar problem. After changing a parameter and refreshing the data, I get the following error: We cannot convert a value of Type Record to type Table. On my coworker's computer, the exact same version of the report refreshes without any problems. We logged in to his account on my computer and the problem persisted. I haven't found an answer to this problem anywhere. Thank you in advance for your help.
Please try the following steps:
1. Make sure you and your coworkers are using the same version of Power BI to avoid compatibility issues due to version differences.
2. Try clearing Power BI's cache to see if that solves the problem. You can clear the cache in Power BI Desktop by going to File > Options and Settings > Options > Data Loads “ > “Clear Cache” to clear the cache.
3. Delete the parameter causing the problem and recreate it.
If the problem persists, please provide a screenshot of the error as well as the query code.
Best Regards,
Jarvis Tang
