Hi All,&nbsp;I am trying to connect to SQL Server on an Azure VM using Power BI desktop while connecting to the DB it throws me the error:'The target Principle name is incorrect, cannot generate SSIP context'.&nbsp;Please help me here to resolve this issue.&nbsp;Thanks,

Hi Amit_Porwal,After&nbsp;research, the&nbsp;error is caused by SQL Server Security rather than Power BI desktop. The KB811889&nbsp;article should help you troubleshoot this issue.
