Cannot connect to Azure Datalake Storage Gen2

Question

Hi&nbsp;One of our developer cannot connect to the ADL Gen2 . He has READ permission on the data storage. He is getting the below errorUnable to connect"we encountered an error while trying to connectDetails : Access to the resource is forbiddenPlease advice. Getting him the CONTRIBUTOR role to the data storage is NOT an option.Thanks

Anonymous&nbsp;Where is he getting this error, from Power BI Desktop? Very little to go on,&nbsp;You could check the Issues forum here:https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/IssuesAnd if it is not there, then you could post it.If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

The developer can now access by using the account key , which is weird because the rest all were able to access with their user names and password.
