Cannot Uninstall Power BI Desktop

    Thanks v-yulgu-msft  I followed that solution too, manually removing every reference to Power BI Desktop from my registry, but I continued to to receive the same error while attempting installation. 

     

    I was finally able to reinstall after finding Power BI desktop in the Microsoft store app and downloading from there.
