Cannot Start Power BI desktop 64 or 32 bit

We are getting a similar error after installing Windows 1809 with the Power Bi Desktop (August 2018) for Report Server. The app no longer loads.  

Opened Premier Support Case 119010821000029 but absolutely no joy there.  Very frustrating.
