Cannot Publish to Workspace - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I have a working *.pbix doc that I publish to a Team Workspace on my Office 365 Business account. I had updated & re-published this file last just 3 days ago without any issues. Today, I get an error...

    I played around a bit more. I removed the file in the WorkSpace and re-published it fresh to the specific WorkSpace and all has been working fine now. I think what may have caused the issue in the first place was that the file was first published to just my Generic WorkSpace and I had moved it to the appropriate Client WorkSpace. I think it just majorly confused everything. But I am all fixed now. Thanks!

Since I still can't reproduce your issue on my side and can't find any effective solutions to solve it.

I'd like to recommend you submit a support ticket and trace the operation logs as attachment to send to power bi team.
