Cannot Open PBIX

I started creating a PBIX yesterday and was messing about with the relationships before I saved and closed it. When I have gone to open it today, I get the following error. I do not want this relatio...

Thanks for your reply - I did see that thread initially but it appears to be more for fully corrupted files and nothing they suggest is allowing me to open my file.
