Cannot Get password Reset

I clicked on the Publish button and clicked on password reset and entered that data and it has been spining on this window for almost an hour now....

    What about logging into Power BI Service and using the Get Data option in the bottom left to import a local file.  This is an alternate approach where you may not get the authentication prompt.

    Are you unable to sign in your account in Power BI Desktop when publishing?

     

    If so, please update your Power BI Desktop into latest version, and always manually sign your account before publishing. 

     

    If you really need to reset your password, I suggest you do it on power bi web site instead of Power BI Desktop.
