Cannot Collapse the Ribbon

My desktop application does not display the "Collapse" button for the ribbon in the upper right-hand corner.  Apparantly everyone else has this?? Screen capture attached.  What could cause this?  I h...

    Which version are you using, is it English version 2.39.4526.362 64-bit (Sep 2016)? Can you see the Collapse option in the customize toolbar in following screenshot?
