Hello,
I have a user who is unable to "Import from store" in Power BI desktop. The user has the latest version of Power BI installed. When she clicks on the ellipses in the Visualizations section and selects "Import from store", the Custom Visuals window pops up, but it shows no visuals and is instead populated with a message that reads
Unexpected Error
Error occurred during loading.
Then she has the option to "Send a Frown" or close the window.
Please help.......other users in my company are able to "Import from store" just fine.
Thanks!!
Is your user able to access the Office Store in general if she brings it up separately?

Excellent question.......yes.....she was able to get the custom visual by accessing the Office Store, downloading the visual, and importing it into the Power BI Desktop application.
Hmm, that's very odd then. Perhaps there is some kind of browser engine incompatibility with Power BI? At least you have a work-a-round, but I wonder what is going haywire. Perhaps some kind of credential issue? Puzzling.
I agree....it is quite odd. Thank you for responding. For now, we have sent a big 'ol frown to Microsoft.....
Have a great day!!
