Can you incorporate patterns instead of colors to fill visuals like pie charts?

I'm wondering if there is the ability to incorporate the use of patterns (e.g. dots, zig-zags) to fill visuals like a pie chart?

@iDataDrew Not possible currently in the standard visual unless you go down the path of R visuals. You can also submit it as an idea under Ideas section.

Colorblindness is more prevalent than realized.  Using patterns (lines, cross-hatch, etc.) would assist those who cannot discriminate differnet colors.
