Can you have an area chart with different colours for different ranges on the x axis?

Hi.

I would like to create something similar to this in power bi:

Gauss1

ideally I would like to be able to colour the area under the chart in 3 segments so for example:

if x axis values is:

less than -1 it is red

between -1 and 1 it is orange

greater that 1 it is green.

Is there any visuals that allow for this?

Thank you!!!

Hi @tomi5,

I don't think it's possible to conditionally format the fill colour in an area chart. Why don't you switch to a column chart instead if that solves your purpose.
