Hi, I have a table show a column which is conditionally colored (Green, Yellow, Red). If the column falls within a number range it is Green, another range Yellow, etc.
Is there a way to add a slicer to be "Green" or "Yellow" or "Red" ?
I'm thinking in Power Query another column to indicate this ?

I think you can just have a slicer based on the number the column was formatted using, rather than trying to filter by the colour. If it's easier for the end user, maybe consider creating a new table with two columns (the numbers, and their colour coding) and using the colour field there for the slicer.
