Hi All,
I created a dataset on which to build reports. I now need to connect to another datasource and the dataset. But the options to get data are greyyed out.
Is it possible to connect a Power BI dataset and another datasource in a single report.
Thanks all,
Jerusha

Hey @Jerush ,
yes, that's possible with the new "DirectQuery for PBI datasets and AS". It's in preview and you have to activate it first:
Afterwards you can add other data sources to the existing one. Also check out the article as it was announced:

Hey @Jerush ,
sure, give it a try.
Don't forget to mark it as solution if it worked. Like that, the next user who has a similar issue can see immediately what worked without scrolling through the topic.
Hi Denis,
