Can we use stacked bar chart that combines 4 dimensions, and each dimension has 3 answers: Yes, No and Decline to answer?
 
 
The issue I face here that I have  the following data:
 
 
A B C
Yes Yes No
Yes No No
No No No
Decline No
Decline
 
How can display these different dimensions in one stacked bar chart using either qliksense or qlikview.

I don't quite get your idea. Can you draw the expected output and upload it? Maybe you're looking for something as below?

I got guided to a solution to disagggrate dataset so I can combite 3 different options/columns for one question in one column using unpivoting. 

The original output:

-Q1 (Multiple Question)

A  B  C, Where a,b,c are options to Q1

A  B  C

1   3   5

2   4   5

3   6   6 

So what I did is to unpivot the data so I can use add more than one column to the chart, I mean as you know it is hard to present three columns in on chart, that is not gonna work!
