Can we set the maximun concurrence user to access PowerBI ?

Can we set the maximun concurrence user to access PowerBI ? 

 

In example, if we want to set only 20 users to access PowerBI at the same time. Other user can access the PowerBI system once someone in the first 20 users logoff already.
