Can we integrate Smart narrative and Q&A(NLP) IN one visual in PowerBI

I am trying to integrate both the features inside powerBI Q&A Visual, Smart narrative visual

Now, can I somehow combine both, in which if one ask for let's say "sales by country" then a chart to populate along with summary of that chart (which is a smart narrative feature)
