Can we create active timer in Power BI

HI Team, I have a requirement where i need to see the active timer based on Current Date /TIme without refreshing the page.   Eg Let say i have one column which has a static Date & TIme eg :(12/05...

    I have already implemented this but this is with page refresh,i don't want to refresh any backend query /visual.Just like active clock can we display active timer based on certain date
