Can we combine multiple tooltips in one page?

Hello experts,

I have few tooltips page for different visual. Is there any way i can combine all tooltips in one page? Because it seems like a lot of work to do if i have to make one page per tooltips.. Really need your help on this.

Try to integrate tooltip in the following way.

Or combine Power BI Report Tooltips using DAX, read below video.
