Can we Format tooltip in a word cloud?

Hi Folks

 

I'm new to Power BI. I was trying out building word cloud using one of the survey data I had where I had many attributes to show some how I could build the Word Cloud but I was unable to change the value format in tooltip. 

 

My problem is the values that are supposed to be shown as percentages are shown as numbers with decimal places.

 

Please help me with this scenario.

      You submitted report in 2017. Its 2022 now and still there's no tooltip option is WordCloud.
