Can table selection work as a slicer?

Hi,   In Qlik Sense, if I select a row (cell), it automatically filter on the selection of row (or cell). It works just like a slicer. Can this be achievable in Power BI?   I am still new to PB, ...

    #1 - if the column used in the slicer is coming from the same table from which the bar chart column is used, then yes. 

    #2 - no, but with drill though you can, or slicers can be synced between pages and any value selected on one slicer will filter other pages (if sync is used)

    #2 - no, but with drill though you can, or slicers can be synced between pages and any value selected on one slicer will filter other pages (if sync is used) - this is a real shame that PB can't behaviour like other BI tools, which causes a lot confusion to end-users.
