Can't write custom column formula

Hi, when I'm trying to write a formula while adding a custom column I simply can't do it:

As you can see, the "=" mark is at the far right, and I can't see what I write.

I have tried to uninstall and install office 365 again but it changed nothing.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

The image isn't flipped. But after you mentioned it I changed the language of Windows from Hebrew to English and it's solved the problem.

Thank you I guess.

It looks to me the image is either mirrored or flipped.
