Hi,
My company has PowerBI license as it came bundled with Office 365 subscription. I am able to sign in to powerBI desktop as well as PowerBI web app using my work email.
I introduced PowerBI to my team and now my manager is trying to sign in to PowerBI desktop using his work email. But he is not able to sign in, when he enters his credentials, there is absolutely no reponse! It neither signs in nor throws an error! But he can sign in fine for PowerBI Web. Problem is with PowerBI desktop Sign in. We actually plan on buying Pro for our team, but this issue seems to hurt our intentions.
We contacted IT in our company, they say there is no issue from their side and he has license. Can someone from Microsoft Support please help us with this issue.
Thanks

Thanks for your response. But the issue got resolved yesterday as my manager was able to log in when he was not on office network, could be some firewall that was blocking his authentication. Once he went through with authentication for the first time, it seems to work fine even when he logs in from office.
All is well now, we will soon upgrade to Pro 🙂
Thanks!
I am having same issue from today. Any solution how to fix it
@SRT,
Try to log onto the computer with one's own domain account or a local account.

@SRT,
Glad to hear that. You could just accept the solution above. That way, other community members may also benefit. Your contribution is highly appreciated.
