Can't sign in to PBI desktop and service - page does not load

Hi guys! I need some help. I recently installed a on-premise gateway in another computer and set times for scheduled refresh. The scheduled refresh works fine until today. I noticed that the refresh is unsuccessful and the gateway has been disabled.

 

Data Source Error : Scheduled refresh has been disabled due to at least one data source not having credentials provided. Please provide credentials for all data sources, and then turn auto refresh back on. 

 

So when I go to that computer, I can't sign in to PBI desktop and PBI service; refer attached pictures. I don't know how to solve this and re-enable the gateway. Before this happen, i tried to update the dataset from my own computer.

    You can neither sign in to PBI desktop  nor service,  It seems that there is something is wrong with your network,

please check your network status and firewall.

please check your network status and firewall.

hi, @v-lili6-msft. Thanks for the reply. IT department is currently trying to solve the issue. I will update here soon if the problem is solved.

The problem is solved. CDN was blocked by the firewall. Thanks for the suggestion

I have also tried to restart the computer as well as clearing cache file from chrome. Problem is still not solved.
