I have a data set that includes five different tables pulled from the same database. I have confirmed the relationships are all created correctly. I wrote a bunch of calculated measures to determine total number of hours based on different factors.
When I go to test my data I choose "assigned contact" which populates a list of people but then when I select any of my calculated measures the "assigned contact" disappears and no data is present. This is happening with all of my measures and I can't for the life of me figure out why.
On one of my visualsthe measures seem to working. However, some of the columns total up and others don't

Hi @bhmiller89,
According to your description, it seems that you have imported five tables in the Power BI Desktop, then create some measures. When you place the "assigned contact" field and a measure in a table visual, "assigned contact" values disappear, right?
In your scenario, the issue is more related to the relationships between those five tables and how the measures are defined. I would suggest you follow steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check relationships configuration in Relationships page or click "Manage Relationships" button. Please check those two links:
Relationship View in Power BI Desktop
Create and manage relationships in Power BI Desktop
2. Check the DAX expression defined for those measures. Place values in different visuals to see if the same issue occurs.
3. Check the version of Power BI Desktop. Please install the latest one from here.
If issue persists, would you mind sharing the .PBIX file for us to find the issue? Or you could provide more information about data model and measures so that we are able to reproduce the issue.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu
