Can't rename a pbix for short while after closing it in PowerBI Desktop.

This is starting to happen way too often and is becoming anoying. I work on a pbix in desktop, I save everything, I close it and then try to rename the file using windows context menu or F2. But I get an error message saying file is still open in PowerBI Desktop for a good 10-15 minutes even after I've closed everything. I doubt this is an issue with my computer becuse this doesn't happen with any other program including MS Office products. Task manager doesn't show any active or open Power BI windows either.

Hi @pborah -Make sure the PBIDesktop.exe processes is terminate manually if they are still running in task manager.sometime, clearing the Power BI cache can sometimes resolve issues with lingering file locks, clear the cache in Data cache management options. make sure you are using the updated power bi desktop verison in your machine.

That worked but it returned soon after I opened two large pbix files. I'll mark your reply as a solution but I think the devs need to do a better job of managing this.
