Can't refresh dataset

I've taken over a report created by someone else. When I try to refresh the dataset in Powerbi.com I get the error "Data source errorScheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh". When I edit the settings for the dataset the Data Source Credentials are grayed out. Why can't I edit the credentials? I beleive all the inputs for this dataset are in an Access database.

Thanks

I have taken over the dataset but the data source credentials are still greyed out. Below is the message in the settings page.

@Anonymous ,
If you have taken over the dataset appropriately, open the window again in incognito mode and check the data source credentials section again. If it is enabled, then put the credentials and refresh your dataset.
This is just to remoev any browser cache dependency.

Just in case you still see the data source credentials greyed out after doing above, I'll suggest you to raise a ticket with MS because just taking over the data source should have been enough.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Check the below:

1. Data Source Credentials are greyed out if you aren't the owner of dataset. Hence, make sure you "Take Over" the dataset. When you go to Dataset Settings, you will see a green button just below report name to take over.

2. You should have access to the DB
